A gift voucher for Afternoon Tea is an ideal Christmas gift for family and friends.

UPDATE: the last posting date for Christmas was Friday 16 December. We’re still taking orders, and we post 1st class, but we can’t guarantee that the voucher will be with you in time for Christmas. 

Abbey Cottage Tearoom is in the lovely historic village of New Abbey, only a few miles from Dumfries. Our Tearoom and Garden overlook the beautiful ruins of Sweetheart Abbey. We’re just a short stroll from the car park with easy, level access.

In our family tearoom we make sure that Afternoon Tea is a real treat! We bring the cakestand to the table, with the freshly made sandwiches and our home baking (scones with jam and cream and a choice of cakes), and a pot of loose leaf tea and extra hot water.

What better way to treat someone you love?

Afternoon Tea is served all day, every day. No restrictions, we just suggest that to make the whole outing more special the voucher holder calls us in advance and we’ll reserve a table. We can also provide Afternoon Tea for most diets, allergies, and food intolerances, but again we recommend that the voucher holder gets in touch so that we can prepare accordingly.

The gift voucher can also be exchanged for our takeaway ‘Afternoon Tea in Box’, to be enjoyed at home or in your holiday accommodation.

The gift vouchers can be bought at the Tearoom or from our website.

To buy online just follow this link. Paying by card is easy and secure using the PayPal service. As soon as we get your order we’ll post the voucher to you.

We can also post the voucher directly to your friend or family member. When you place your order, please tell us the address and the message that you’d like us to write from you.
