Every year we take a break in January when we get our equipment serviced, paint and redecorate, review our menus and generally gather our energy for the year ahead! Today we’ve been placing orders so that we’re ready to start baking and soup-making on Friday. Of course, we had a mug of tea to hand!
The good news is that we’re nearly done and we’re aiming to re-open this weekend, Saturday 15 February.
The weather hasn’t been helpful, with gales and rain last weekend and now snow and ice. But, our plan is to be open all weekend, from 11 until 4 each day. After that, we’ll be open Wednesday to Sunday until the Spring. We’ll do another update when we move to 7-day opening and longer hours.
